One of the great things about the internet is that we now have the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas with people from all over the world, with all kinds of backgrounds. This is also a great opportunity for dialog between the various religions.

[this is good] There are so many aspects to spirituality. Sometimes we forget that our daily life a spiritual practice. One thing that can slow our progress is complaining. An important way to keep “honey” in our lives is to avoid complaining. An excellent mantra is “No complaining”. Many people would say they have already mastered this approach to life, but complaining can be very subtle. A very common form of complaining is disguised as being objective, or reporting facts. Being objective and reporting facts is important. The difference between those two and complaining is the emotion connected to the “reporting” or the “facts”. When there is an emotional charge, or we continually “report” the same “fact” that is the best clue that, in fact, we are really complaining.
